POLICIES (Please read in its entirety)

Welcome to D’s Treats & More, LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

All orders are to be placed by first completing the inquiry form. Once inquiry form has been completed, please allow up to 24 hours for a response. When completing the form please fill as much detail as possible (ex. Name, phone number, email, desired date, dessert type, amount, colors, themes etc). All orders require 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment to secure date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pick up/ delivery date. Once deposit has been paid orders are officially confirmed. Any changes to orders must be made 7 days prior to pick up/delivery date. 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing varies based on treats, quantity, colors, themes, toppings, etc. Photos are allowed to be sent for inspirational purposes only! I will not imitate someone else’s work.

All orders are refrigerated prior to picking up. Please keep in mind chocolate, frostings, toppings, fruit, etc. can melt and will not hold in warm environments. Please remember to refrigerate immediately after picking up to prevent melting and maintain freshness. Products are not to be left in the car after pickup. Once the product leaves our premises or is delivered we are not responsible for any damages. Ensure that products are stored correctly and consumed within 1 to 3 days for optimal freshness. 

All orders are to be placed no later than 7 days prior to pick up date. Orders placed in less than 7 days will require a late fee. Delivery is available depending on delivery location. Delivery charges apply. Remember when picking up please be considerate of your timeliness. If you are unable to pick up on time please make sure to contact your baker/treat maker. If you are 15 minutes late or more without contacting a late fee will be applied and must be paid prior to picking up. Keep in mind that being home based does not mean you can pick up when you please!

Saturday and Sunday pick ups are between the hours of 10:30am and 1pm only! I will not be available for pick up after 1pm. Please be sure to schedule your time wisely as no one will be available after 1pm. If you’re unable to keep your time and or late you must contact baker to reschedule your pick up day and time.

D's Treats & More, LLC is not liable or responsible for any delayed, stolen, or lost packages once shipped. Once orders have been paid please allow up to 7 to 12 days for orders to be made and shipped. Tracking will be provided for each order.

Allergens: Dairy, egg, gluten free options are available. Please make sure to inform baker is of all allergies for safety as treats that are allergy friendly are only free of dairy, egg, and gluten. However, they do contain soy. We do not offer any treats with peanut or tree nuts! We are a nut free environment due to personal nut allergies.
