How do I place an order?

*Orders must be placed on the website on the inquiry form

 

How do I place an order for shipping?

*Complete the inquiry form with as much detail as possible for what you'd like to order and make sure to add "shipping" in the description as well 

 

How far in advance should I place an order?

*Basic orders 2 dozen or less (cupcakes, pretzels, strawberries) must be placed no later than 5 days prior to pick up date.

*Custom orders (colors, themes, toppers, decorated treats) must be placed no later than 7 days prior to pick up date.

*A rush fee will be applied to orders 48 hours or less.

 

How do I secure a date?

*Dates are only secured when a deposit of 50% of order has been paid. Full payments are allowed. No payment equals no secured date.

 

What is the preferred method of payment?

*All customers will receive a invoice upon ordering and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice or else invoice will be cancelled.
